PROBLEMS WITH JAVA
When your browser doesn't show the online puzzle, some browser settings might cause the problem.
Most browsers give you the option to enable or disable the use of Java.

INTERNET EXPLORER
If you use Internet Explorer, select Internet options in the Extra menu. The Internet options window will be opened.
Select the Advanced tab and search in the list for 'Java'. Make sure the option 'Use Java' is checked.

JAVA VIRTUAL MACHINE
If there's no such option, then it's possible that Java has not been installed on your PC.
In that case you can download the so-called Java Virtual Machine for free from the Sun-website (link opens in a new window).
